‘Y&R’ Comings & Goings Oct 27-31: Mystery Character Debuts & Family Reunited
The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of October 27-31 suggest some explosive moments in the land of Genoa City. Plus, there will be a flurry of casting activity, too!
Roger Howarth’s Debut
The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of October 27-31 indicate that soap vet, Roger Howarth, will debut on the CBS soap at some point over the next five days.
It’s been confirmed that he will be playing Mitch Bacall, Sienna Bacall’s (Tamara Braun) mysterious husband.
Fans will know that Sienna and Mitch are the owners of “The Shadow Room” nightclub in L.A., and he may have something to do with Noah Newman’s (Lucas Adams) “accident”. It’s also key for Y&R fans to know that Howarth’s role in the show is a short-term run.
GC Family Reunions
Across town, there will be some family reunions to note, as Danny Romalotti, played by Michael Damian, will appear during the Monday, October 27 episode.
In an interesting twist, he’ll be joined by Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) as they have a little chat with their adult son, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).

Plus, there will be a father-son reunion, as Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) returns to Genoa City after his Los Angeles getaway. He’ll be reunited with his son, Harrison Abbott, as young actor Redding Munsell returns to the canvas.
Additional Casting Notes
It was not a nice blast from the past when cult leader Ian Ward, played by the ever-talented Ray Wise, appeared to Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), during the week of October 20-24.
Mariah is currently at a mental health facility in Boston and seemingly had a conversation with her hallucination of Ian. Fans know that Ian isn’t really dead, so could this foreshadow a return by the villain at some point, soon?
