The Young and the Restless Thursday, October 2 Recap: Cane’s Deal Fixes Jill & Billy, Audra’s Plea to Nate

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Thursday, October 2, reveals that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will make a forgiveness plea to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) while Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) offers a deal to hopefully fix Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) relationship.

At Society, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will hint about a female investor who could help restart Abbott Communications, but she won’t let Jill’s name slip to Audra just yet.

The Young and the Restless Thursday, October 2 Recap: Cane’s Deal Fixes Jill & Billy, Audra’s Plea to Nate

Once Nate arrives with Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford), there’ll be some awkwardness. However, Amy will admit she’s keeping up her treatments and that she’s sad Audra doesn’t come around anymore.

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will join Amy and Nate at their table, so that’ll bring some talk about the resentment Lily and the twins feel toward Cane.

Amy will offer some advice about letting go of that resentment, though she’ll clearly still have some personal anger toward Cane.

Nearby, Audra will admit to Sally that she took Nate for granted and messed up by being so power hungry.

Since Audra will be genuinely sorry and wish she could make things right, Sally will push her to at least try.

After Audra gathers her courage, she’ll ask Nate if they can talk.

Nate won’t want to hear more of Audra’s lies, but she’ll promise he’ll only get the truth this time around.

Once Nate and Audra leave together, Lily won’t be happy about it.

Since Lily will sense that Sally gave Audra a nudge back in Nate’s direction, so she’ll confront Sally on Thursday’s Y&R episode.

Sally will acknowledge that Audra has made mistakes, but she’ll hint that Audra might deserve forgiveness.

Amy will defend Audra a bit as well, but Lily will fear Nate could get his heart broken again.

At the park overlook, Audra will apologize for throwing Nate’s support away and will get that there’s no excuse for what she did.

Even so, Audra will confess that she misses Nate and that she’s never felt lonelier without him.

After Audra admits there’s a hole in her heart, she’ll wonder if there’s anything she can say or do to get Nate’s forgiveness.

Audra will be desperate for some hope, so she’ll await Nate’s response after she pours her heart out.

On Cane’s train, Billy will show up and reveal that Jill messaged him to come there since she wants the three of them to work things out.

Billy will wonder if Cane arranged this as another strategy, but Cane will deny it.

Billy will also grill Cane about whether he plans to move forward with his AI destruction plot or if the goal was just to keep everyone guessing.

Since Billy won’t understand why Cane’s doing all this, he’ll question him about that and push him to focus on his children.

After some bickering, Cane will agree to meet Billy halfway and will offer him a deal.

Cane will agree to try again with his kids if Billy gives it his best shot with his mom, so Billy will ask if Jill put him up to this.

Once Cane insists Jill didn’t, Billy will ask why he cares.

Cane will contend that Jill is like a mother to him and that Billy’s decision to cut Jill out of his life absolutely kills her.

“You hurt me more than you will ever know, Billy,” Jill will declare as she suddenly enters Cane’s train.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Cane will push Billy to make some updates to his perspective and will hope for good news, but Billy’s stubbornness could get in the way.
