The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of October 27-31 reveal that Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) will have a big problem while Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) finds that he just can’t quit. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will also be put to the test, so let’s talk about what’s ahead in Genoa City.

For starters, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will deal with some changes in the way they operate.

Phyllis and Cane may be entering more passionate territory soon, which could make things messy when it comes to their working relationship.

The AI program will end up being used in nefarious ways despite the promises Cane’s been making, so sneaky Phyllis should be at least part of the reason why!

In Los Angeles, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will keep waiting for Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) to wake up, but they’ll stay busy trying to solve the mystery of his crash in the meantime.

Nick will follow some clues when it comes to Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun), mysterious Mitch (who’ll likely be played by Roger Howarth soon) and Detective Burrow.

Since Detective Burrow is taking orders from someone shady and not being honest about his intentions, Nick may back him into a corner and demand some answers.

Whatever the case, Detective Burrow will have a big problem on his hands since he’s crossing the Newman family – including the great and powerful Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)!

As for Kyle, he just won’t be able to quit meddling in Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) life.

Claire pushed for a chance to go on her own journey, but Kyle will remain determined to shield her from Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) and any danger he brings to the table.

That could lead to more clashing between Kyle and Claire, but she may also grow concerned about the secrets Holden’s hiding the longer he keeps her in the dark.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will eventually catch a flight to Los Angeles, so she’ll check on Noah AND Claire since she’s worried her daughter might do something reckless with Holden.

Back in Genoa City, Y&R spoilers say there’ll be some final wedding prep as Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) and Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) gear up for their imminent nuptials.

Meanwhile, Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) will struggle to stuff down his feelings for Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), especially following their kiss and his admission that he’s falling in love with her.

Across town, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy will be put to the test.

Can Billy keep his romance with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) on solid ground, deal with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) as an investor and get Abbott Communications back on track for the launch?

Sally will take the lead when it comes to the launch party, but Billy will still have to control his worse impulses and be the supportive partner she needs.
