CBS’s longest-running scripted series, The Young and the Restless moves on with its 52nd season of the iconic soap opera on the upcoming Thursday, October 3rd episode of the Emmy-award winning series.

This fall look for suspense, romance, and rivalries to take center stage in Genoa City as Victor (Eric Braeden) hits Jack (Peter Bergman) where it hurts the most when his plan of attack divides the Abbott family.

In addition, as Sharon Case celebrates this September her 30th anniversary as Sharon, the character is now haunted by her past leading her to visit her dark side. Will Nick save Sharon from going down a path she can’t reverse? Y&R will acknowledge Case’s three decade run with a special episode dedicated to her character later this month.

Meanwhile, its getting time for Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon (Bryton James)’s November wedding. Problem is they encounter a major stumbling block. What could it be?

It wouldn’t be Y&R without another milestone to their incredible accomplishments. Coming up on November 13th, the show will mark its historic 13,000th episode, and three-time Daytime-Emmy winner Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) will celebrate her 30th anniversary with a special show dedicated to her character.
